Our Missionaries

Our church is honored to support 2 missionaries who help proclaim the gospel to the world, each in their own unique way.

Joel and Krista McCutchen  — Central America

“We are videographers for missionaries and church-planters worldwide. God is providing the funds needed for our personal expenses so that we can offer our services to them at cost. It is such a blessing to be a part of God’s work globally!”

You can find out more about Joel and Krista by visiting their website.

Kellie Kinard — Thailand

Kellie works in Thailand with Compasio. We support Kellie thru our general missions fund. Compasio is a faith-based, relationship-oriented group of people who work together to love, protect and empower those who are vulnerable to abuse and exploitation. With an ever-changing population of Burmese migrants and refugees, we seek to advocate on behalf of and empower those in the highest-risk situations among them.

Red Oak Presbyterian Church is thrilled to be part of the spread of God’s kingdom around the world. We are active in sending missionaries and supporting these missionaries with our money and with our prayers.

Where Can I Serve?

Current Mission Projects

Through the month of September we are collecting new shoes & socks for Shoes for Orphans.

How you can help:

  • Purchase any pair of new shoes.  The greatest need is for new athletic or canvas shoes sizes youth 1- adult 9
  • Place a short note of encouragement, a Bible verse or a picture inside of the shoes for the child who receives them.
  • Pray for the boy or girl who receives your shoes.  Pray for God’s peace, protection, and guidance in the life of the child and that the shoes are a constant reminder of His love.
  • Remove shoes from their box, rubber band them together and drop them off in the church’s collection box.

Prayer Warriors

Prayer cannot be overestimated. Prayer moves the hand of God. Red Oak Presbyterian Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. Every fourth Tuesday at 7pm, our church prayer group meets at the church for a time of prayer.  All are invited to come & join us.
