Our Mission & Vision

Our Mission Statement:

We are a family of God’s children, united by salvation through His Son, Jesus Christ. We are striving to live our lives in worship and service to God by following the Bible and ministering His love to our world.

Join us this fall for Sunday School starting at 9am on September 13th!  There are classes for all ages, including three classes for children (3yrs-K, grades 1 & 2 and grades 3-6) as well as a class for adults.  We’ll be kicking off the new year with a free breakfast!

Join us every Sunday for worship at 10:30am

Visitors are welcome!!!  Feel free to come in your traveling clothes.

 

 

Caryn Pedersen, Pastor

As the pastor, Caryn has a passion for sharing her love of Jesus Christ and Scripture. She has served at Red Oak Presbyterian for 9 years. Caryn, her husband Ed and their four children Abby, Osiel, Tony & Neyali are very vital to our church and we’re thankful and honored to call them ours! Caryn is very passionate about our community and wants to see our citizens have a deep and longing hunger for more of God.

 

Music Team:

Our church is very proud to have several ladies that play the piano for us; Marlys Conrad, Marilyn Fleming, and Monica Crouch! Each of these wonderful ladies provide an awesome experience to worship our lord and savior. 


Our Presbytery:

Our church is part of the Missouri River Valley Presbytery that is composed of 56 congregations in seven southwest Iowa counties and four eastern Nebraska counties with approximately 91 ministers and 12,000 members.

Sunday School begins the Sunday after Labor Day, and ends when school is out in the spring.

Sunday worship services begin at 10:30 a.m. the Sunday after Labor Day through May.

Summer worship services in our air-conditioned sanctuary begin at 9:30 a.m. June through Labor Day.
